I was happy with the service at Sandles Car Supermarket because very happy with the greeting from day one till the end of purchase sales representative was fantastic and catered for all my needs nothing was to difficult. Car on handover was immaculate inside and out. All documentation completed and road ta ed ready to go. The showroom is amazing with complementary coffee and drinks available. Nothing was rushed and test drives available on the spot I have already recommended Sandles to my family and Freinds and will return for another car purchase in the future. I'd recommend Sandles Car Supermarket to anyone because Gina was absolutely lovely she wasn’t pushy at all but very professional and friendly. I liked it as soon as we walked in and my son said what car we were interested in we were given the keys. I could test drive the car on my own with my son! I didn’t want a salesman with me. Gina then looked at my car and we were given a price straight away. From start to finish a really lovely experience. I’m very pleased with my new car and will recommend Sandles to all my friends and family. Thank you Gina.

The staff at Sandles Car Supermarket were good because they were professional, knowledgeable, understanding, they listened to my needs and desires, respectful, supportive and had a good sense of humour, just really lovely people to deal with. I dealt with Gina, who was all of these and is a credit to The company and the automotive industry. The whole process from the first call to me collecting the car was brilliant, it was worth an 8 hour round trip from Berkshire to Norfolk. I needed to travel a considerable distance to view and buy the car, so it was really important to me that the car was described accurately and honestly. When I arrived, Gina was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. The car was exactly as she had had described, and I became a very happy owner! I'd definitely recommend Sandles Car Supermarket because right from the start of arriving we were greeted by the friendly and helpful receptionist. While we waited to see Lloyd, we noticed how clean the showroom was and the staff were all very friendly. We had booked for a test drive and we were greeted by Lloyd, he explained everything about the car and answered our questions we had. Took the car out and loved it! Lloyd sat down with us and went through all the paperwork and things we weren’t sure about he explained them to us. We found Lloyd very helpful and friendly, he didn’t push us to take out anything we didn’t want. Would highly recommend Lloyd to family and friends
