I had an amazing experience with Sandles Car Supermarket and walked away with a beautiful BMW 5 Series, with low mileage and in excellent condition. Sandles isn’t like your ordinary dealership. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with a family run vibe. I walked in and was greeted by the front desk staff, who directed me to the right person to speak with. I met Lloyd, a relaxed and professional member of the team. After asking a few questions about a couple of BMWs on the lot, I asked if I could test drive one. Without hesitation, he flipped me the keys and said, “Sure, why not.” I fell in love with black BMW 520i. I had already spotted it on Auto Trader and decided to buy it that same day. I had a few concerns, but Lloyd took note of them and ensured everything was addressed. I took delivery of the vehicle a couple of days later, and wow it was stunning. The car was beautifully cleaned and presented at the front of their new showroom, with everything perfect. It’s been a week now and everything is still amazing, no issues or complaints from my side. Even with the warranty provided by Sandles, I’m confident nothing major will occur. The car was serviced and cleaned before I took it home, and it’s running perfectly. In conclusion, I would 100% recommend Sandles Car Supermarket. Even with the long journey for me, I’d gladly buy another car from them. Just take your time, look around and relax to find the right car for you. There’s no one constantly over your shoulder or pressuring you to buy. If you need help, a team member will assist you and if you want to drive or view a car, just ask for the keys, simple.

The staff at Sandles Car Supermarket were good because when I called to enquire about the car the receptionist was really helpful with finding out the details of the car and arranging a time for us to go and view the car. Once we had seen it Gina was extremely friendly and helpful with arranging a test drive and once we decided to go ahead she was really helpful with going through all of our options for the car as we didn’t need finance. At the handover she seemed genuinely as excited as we were and made the whole transaction so easy and positive for us. Sandles is an hour drive away for us but I know if we ever need to buy another car anytime we will return there again. Thanks.
