Purchased my used Toyota GR Yaris from Sandles Car Supermarket. First point of contact was a phone call to find out if the car had all its Toyota service history present. Lloyd, the salesman who took the call, detailed every piece of history for me over the phone, I then went to look at and test drive the car. The car was spotless and as described, I was able to test drive it by myself. There was zero pressure selling from Lloyd. Everything was totally relaxed. Being happy with the car, I bought it. A couple of days after having it home I discovered a slow puncture to one of the tyres and a slight judder when braking. I contacted Sandles and they asked me to bring the car back to them when convenient. I dropped it back and left it with them. A day later they called me and said they couldn’t really see anything wrong with the brakes but they could feel the judder and would order a new set of disks and pads from Toyota and a new tyre, all under warranty. I now have the GR back home, with new discs, pads and tyres. The service has been brilliant and completely stress free. Would absolutely recommend and purchase from them again. As a side note if you’re a car enthusiast, they have a lovely selection of high end cars in the showroom.

I was happy with the service at Sandles Car Supermarket because Tom was friendly, polite, answered all questioned and explained all details and next steps , also as I didn't have a vehicle, the car was made ready for me to collect within a couple of days. I would recommend Sandles to other people, it was stress free and I would return there if I change my car in the future.
