  • + Do I need to organise the Road Fund Licence/Tax for my vehicle?

    Yes, it is the customers’ responsibility to ensure the vehicle is taxed. We are more than happy to help you on the day of your collection, if you should need it.

  • + Why are there some cars with only one picture?

    We take a picture as soon as the car arrives on site, it is not until the car has been through our valet/imaging bay that full photos are taken.  

  • + What history comes with the vehicle?

    Service and MOT history (full or part history) will come with most vehicles.  

  • + Do I need to book an appointment for a test drive?

    Appointments are not always nessesary, but we advise you to call before you travel. We can then make sure that the car is available for you and a sales executive is free to accompany you on the test drive.

  • + Can I reserve my car online?

    If you do want to reserve a car then you will be required to see and drive the vehicle before you make any financial commitment. If you are happy with the car and wish to progress, then you can leave a £200 holding deposit on cars under £10,000 or £300 for cars up to £20,000 and £500 over £20,000 when you visit our site. (Deposits are non-refundable).

  • + How long before I can collect my new car after purchase?

    Some vehicles are ready to drive away the same day with most cars ready within 3 working days.

  • + How much MOT does the vehicle come with?

    At least 6 months unless it is the vehicles first MOT.

  • + What methods of payments do you accept?

    Due to recent changes to legislation restricting us from passing on the surcharge levied by debit card providers to you the customer, and to ensure that we don't have to recoup this surcharge by increasing our prices, we can no longer accept payments of more than £500 by debit card against a vehicle.

    You will need to pay the balance (excluding the deposit) via bank transfer (BACS) before collecting your vehicle.

  • + What warranty comes with my car?
